Before You Read

Before you read 'From Supply Chain to the Blockchain: Heal the Body, Mind, & Earth': What's worth more broken than whole, and creates more value when you stop trying to capture it?

Reveal

Impact. When you stop optimizing for return and start optimizing for regeneration, the returns follow.

Hint

Wall Street hasn't figured this out yet.

After years of helping major enterprises save millions and optimize IT through data-driven strategies, it’s clear: incremental change isn’t enough. The world needs transformational impact.

That’s why I launched ImpactSoul, a platform where my team and I invest in and advise mission-driven ventures using breakthrough technologies, token models, and regenerative economics to solve real problems, from climate to culture.

We help organizations:

Identify their impact personality

Align incentives and operations with values

Connect to the right capital, talent, and partners

Leverage DAFs and new models that blend philanthropy with sustainability

We also guide founders with strategic coaching, technical and product support, and storytelling that moves markets.

This is about rewiring how business works, so doing good isn’t a side effect, it’s the engine.

Investment Portfolio and Some Clients:

Visualization of our Ecosystem

Web3, DAOs, and Governance – Modernizing how organizations make decisions by designing decentralized, transparent, and incentive-aligned governance systems.

DEVxDAO (former Client) – A place where protocols, projects, and engineers work together to push forward the frontiers of emerging technology, providing capital for innovative decentralized projects.

Tea (Investor) – Equitable open-source for Web3. Like its predecessor, Brew, Tea is the base of the developer stack, seated beneath the tools that build the internet. Unlike its predecessor, Tea leverages blockchain and Web3 technology to eliminate anonymity and deliver compensation.

Menagerie (Investor/Advisor) – Menagerie is a new type of online experience. As easily as you’d start a social media group, you can build a club, corporation, DAO, or nonprofit that thrives in the decentralized world of Web3. Groups can organize ideas, work, governance, sponsors, and more.

Vatom (Partner) – Entrusted by the world’s most successful brands to help them create, own, promote, and sell within their own Metaverse.

Impact Venture & Finance – Socially driven funds, banks, and financial technology companies.

Capria.VC (LP) – India’s top social impact fund that has already impacted 1.2 million people, run by Will Poole and Dave Richards.

Supernode Ventures (LP) – Seed fund run and funded by world-class investors and a team led by Laurel Touby.

Tacit Capital LLC (Investor) – Private equity firm helping companies rebuild after market disruptions.

Infrastructure, Technology & Innovation – Technical breakthroughs with strong social impact stories in both enterprise and consumer markets.

Synternet (formerly NOIA Network) (Advisor and Investor) – The Waze of navigating through internet congestion by crowdsourcing real-time routing data, creating breakthroughs in IoT, MPLS, and SD-WAN markets while helping expand access to connectivity.

Redivider Fund (Investor/Activist/Advisor) – Edge-data-center and Bitcoin-mining platform that deploys modular, zero-emission data centers into US Opportunity Zones. Actively expanding advisory board (Peter Gross, Mark Tercek, etc.) and marketing its “energy as impact” narrative.

Nakji Network (Investor) – Data-transport and indexing protocol that provided real-time feeds from chains to apps; social channels went quiet and the original site is down. Best treated as a “legacy / paused” investment unless you uncover direct founder updates.

Digital Media & Entertainment – Technical breakthroughs in the media and entertainment industry with a focus on Web3 and the creator economy.

RAIR (Investor) – NFT-based DRM and token-gated streaming middleware. Continues to ship protocol upgrades and undergo security and smart-contract audits as it positions itself as an infrastructure layer for token-gated content.

WAX (Investor) – High-throughput NFT and gaming chain; remains one of the most transacted NFT ecosystems with a steady cadence of branded drops and P2E/game launches (e.g., Pantheon Game Collection, Star Wars Digital Pop, etc.).

Digital Identity, Data Transparency & Fraud Prevention

Yoti (Partner) – UK-based digital-ID and age-verification company seeing strong tailwinds from Online Safety Act and global age-check regulation. Latest filings show ~55% YoY revenue growth and wide deployment of its facial-age-estimation tech across retailers and online platforms.

Solo Sciences (Board Member/Investor) – 501(c)(3) foundation and PBC building self-sovereign digital IDs (“b# IDs”) for farmers and workers to make supply chains transparent and give individuals data rights and visibility; active in agriculture, electronics and human-rights reporting pilots.

Bluenumber (Investor/Advisor) – Bluenumber helps individuals gain equity and equal opportunity in a borderless connected world by becoming global digital citizens and equipping them with self-sovereign digital identity, digital tools, and skills to operate safely, knowledgeably, and profitably as co-creators of the global digital economy.

Impact Wellness & Health

Ratner/HairCuttery (Investor) – Hair Cuttery Family of Brands emerged from Chapter 11 with new ownership (Tacit Salon Holdings) and continues to operate 500+ affordable salons across the US East Coast and Midwest; Ratner Companies as the old holding company is effectively defunct.

PRIVATE (Advisor) – Innovations in addiction and PTSD treatment through a holistic framework with potentially radical results.

MycoMedica Life Sciences (Investor) – Fungi-drug developer; raised a $60M Series A to advance “proprietary fungi compound”-based psychedelic/neurology programs and remains private, building a pipeline of fungi-derived therapeutics.

AtaiBeckley (formerly Beckley Psytech) (Investor) – Atai Life Sciences made a major strategic investment then completed a full combination with Beckley Psytech, forming AtaiBeckley as a global psychedelic-mental-health leader. Lead candidate BPL-003 (5-MeO-DMT analogue nasal spray) has FDA Breakthrough Therapy status and positive Phase 2b data for treatment-resistant depression, with additional programs in TRD and AUD.

Currently also in a patent-ownership dispute (CyDex vs. Bexson) in Delaware Chancery.

XR Workout (Investor/Advisor) – Free-to-play VR fitness title with hand-tracking and mixed-reality views on Meta Quest; positioned as controller-free boot-camp-style workouts with daily programs and a growing community.

PRIVATE (Investor/Advisor) – PRIVATE is designed to bring novel botanical products from indigenous origins to consumers globally as a dietary supplement initially and as a pharmaceutical drug in the future. With a focus on indigenous reciprocity in cultivation and apparel, PRIVATE is partnered with the indigenous groups where the botanicals originate.

Hiro Technologies (Investor) – New Miki Agrawal venture making “MycoDigestible” diapers and other plastic-eating-fungi products; launched commercially with diaper bundles and has attracted major press (Reuters, Elle, podcasts) as a flagship fungi-for-waste startup.

Within these projects, I play with my team as a mix of advisor, connector, investor, auditor, and lodestar to ensure the venture is always pointed towards a positive social impact. So if your needs are to be amplified, new connections and board members, objective validation, or just shout out to the world, we are on your side. Why this matters now

We are living through the largest transfer of wealth, power, and attention in human history. Every essay on this site is a dispatch from the front lines of that fight — naming what's extractive, building what replaces it. If this one landed, it's because the question it raises hasn't been answered yet — and probably won't be by the people currently in charge of answering it.
