Find Your Sleep
Optimize your sleep for your chronotype. The protocol that fits your biology.
Sleep Is Not One Size
The standard sleep advice — eight hours, consistent schedule, dark room, no screens — is correct in aggregate and useless in practice. It ignores chronotype, which is the genetically determined timing preference of your circadian rhythm. It ignores individual variation in sleep architecture, sleep debt, and recovery needs. And it ignores the practical reality of modern life, which does not accommodate a universal protocol.
Find Your Sleep is a personalized assessment that identifies your chronotype, your sleep architecture tendencies, your primary sleep disruptors, and the interventions most likely to improve your sleep quality given your specific situation. The result is a sleep framework — a set of principles calibrated to your biology, not a generic protocol.
What Gets Assessed
Chronotype is the foundation. Whether you are a morning type, evening type, or intermediate type determines the optimal timing of your sleep window, your peak cognitive performance hours, and your vulnerability to social jetlag — the chronic misalignment between your biological clock and your social schedule.
Sleep architecture refers to the distribution of sleep stages — light, deep, and REM — across your night. Different people have different natural distributions, and different goals (cognitive performance, physical recovery, emotional regulation) are served by different architectural profiles.
Primary disruptors are the specific factors degrading your sleep quality: stress and cortisol dysregulation, blue light exposure, alcohol, inconsistent timing, temperature, or underlying conditions like sleep apnea. The assessment identifies your primary disruptors and ranks interventions by likely impact.
The Peptide and Supplement Layer
For those engaged with peptide therapeutics or sleep supplements — BPC-157, DSIP, melatonin, magnesium glycinate, or others — this assessment provides the baseline needed to evaluate whether an intervention is working and what to optimize next.
