Find Your Movement

The exercise approach that fits your body, your goals, and your life.

Movement Is Not Exercise

The fitness industry has collapsed movement into exercise — discrete sessions, measurable outputs, performance metrics. This is useful for athletes. It is not useful for most people, who need a sustainable relationship with physical activity that integrates into their actual life rather than competing with it.

Find Your Movement is a personalized assessment that identifies the movement modalities, frequencies, and intensities that fit your body type, your goals, your psychological relationship with physical effort, and your practical constraints. The result is a movement framework — not a workout program, but a set of principles for building a physical life that lasts.

The Five Dimensions

Body type and recovery capacity determines how much volume and intensity your system can absorb and recover from. Goals — whether longevity, performance, body composition, stress management, or mobility — determine which modalities are primary. Psychological relationship with effort determines whether you thrive with structure or need variety. Time and access constraints determine what is actually sustainable. Injury history and structural considerations determine what is safe.

The assessment draws on research from exercise physiology, sports medicine, and the emerging science of movement as medicine — including the role of zone-2 cardio in metabolic health, resistance training in longevity, and the underrated importance of daily low-intensity movement over discrete high-intensity sessions.

Integration with Other Assessments

Movement does not exist in isolation. It interacts with sleep quality, nutritional approach, and stress levels. Find Your Movement is designed to be taken alongside Find Your Sleep and Find Your Diet for a complete picture of your physical optimization framework.
